Product introduction: YG-E112 is a single component, dilute alkaline aqueous solution developing, contact exposed liquid photosensitive, anti-corrosion and electroplating resistant ink, which is mainly used to manufacture corrosion and electroplating of various precision metal signs, such as copper, stainless steel, titanium plate, etc. It can also be used for inner layer etching and electroplating of high precision circuit boards and multilayer boards.
Application process flow: substrate pretreatment → full screen printing (100~200 meshes)
→ Pre drying (75~85 ℃, 15~50 points)
→ Exposure (1KW high pressure mercury lamp, 50-90cm lamp spacing for 10-60s) → Drying (80-90 ℃, 15 minutes)
→ Developing (1% Na2CO3, 20~30 ℃, 10-60 seconds) → Etching or electroplating
→ Deinking (3-5% NaOH, 40~60 ℃ 1-3 points)
