Product features: One protection can be processed for many times, can protect special-shaped products in all directions, and can quickly remove the film.
Process flow: spraying - baking - CNC processing - film removal
1、 Usage:
① Product pretreatment: clean the product surface with degreasing powder
② Spraying: thickness 25mu (dry film)
③ Baking: 100 ℃, 60 minutes (tunnel furnace)
④ CNC machining
⑤ Deinking: heat 65-75 ℃/3-5 minutes with our special aluminum paint remover;
2、 Operating conditions:
① Spraying: first mix the ink and curing agent evenly according to the proportion of 10:1, and then adjust the nozzle of the spray gun to the appropriate pressure for spraying.
② Baking: 100 ℃, 60 minutes (tunnel furnace)
③ CNC machining.
① Demembrane: special paint remover is heated.
