It is mainly used to seal the micro holes, fine scratches or defective parts on the mold surface. It can be used as the base of the mold layer of the release agent when sealing new molds or re treating old molds, so as to improve the release effect of the release agent.

Product parameters:
Appearance: transparent liquid

Precautions: It is sensitive to moisture and the container shall be sealed. Thermal stability after curing - 400 ℃, 750 ℉. Operating temperature - 5 ℃ - 60 ℃
usage method
1. Dip a piece of clean cotton cloth without pilling with Mold SealantLoTenB-20 sealing agent (do not drip), and apply a thin layer of coating from the local area of the mold surface. The coating must be continuously and evenly wet, and then gradually expand to the full working area.
2. It is recommended to apply 3-4 layers of sealing agent to new molds and repaired molds, and stay 5-10 minutes between the two layers to ensure that the solvent in the previous layer is completely volatilized.
3. The curing time of the last layer of sealing agent needs 60 minutes.
